Miley Cyrus and Ariana Grande Sing in Another Backyard Session

Miley Cyrus has continued providing fund raising awareness concerts for her Happy Hippy Foundation, dedicated to providing relief and resources to "homeless youth LGBT youth and other vulnerable populations".

Ariana Grande helped her with this most recent song, a cover of Don't Dream It's Over by Crowded House.

According to the Happy Hippy website:

"1.6 million youth are homeless each year
40% of homeless youth identify as LGBT, and family rejection is the most common reason LGBT youth experience homelessness
25% of homeless youth were previously physically or sexually abused
Nearly one in three transgender people have been turned away from shelters"
